We aim to deliver the best swag experience. To ensure everything meets your expectations, we encourage you to inspect all items upon delivery. If any issues arise, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can work toward resolving them.
If you are not fully satisfied with your swag, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will either replace the items (if possible) or provide a refund or credit Minimum 7 days or Maximum 15 days. To be eligible for a refund or credit, items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify. Once we receive and approve your return, you can choose between a credit or a refund.
Incorrect Logo Printing
If your logo was printed incorrectly on any items, please contact us at team@swagilo.com within 7 days of delivery. Share a clear photo of the affected items, and we will either replace them (if feasible) or issue a credit or refund.
We recommend confirming sizes for all products before placing your order. If fit issues arise, please email team@swagilo.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the items. After review, we will either replace the items with correct sizes (if available) or suggest alternatives. All items must be returned unused and undamaged.
Inspect your items upon arrival to ensure they are in good condition. If any items are damaged, email team@swagilo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either replace the damaged items (if possible) or provide a refund or credit.
ote for Ceramic or Glass Items: Due to their high fragility, ceramic mugs & Glass Items are not covered under this policy. Ordering ceramic mugs & Glass Items assumes a risk of breakage, and refunds, replacements, or credits will not be provided for damaged mugs.
If any items are missing from your swag packs, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace the missing items (if available) or provide a refund or credit for the value of the missing items.
We aim to deliver orders within 7-10 working days. However, during high-demand periods or due to logistical challenges, delivery may take longer. We are committed to improving and speeding up deliveries in the future.
Shipping Errors: If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, unresponsive recipients, or similar reasons, please inform us promptly. If the issue was caused by swagilo, we will reproduce the items (if possible) or issue a refund or credit. Note: swagilo is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or recipient.
Lost by Carrier: If items are lost in transit, we will make every effort to replace and reship them or provide a refund/credit. However, items marked as “delivered and signed” will not be considered lost.
Returned to Sender: Undelivered packages returned to our warehouse due to wrong address or reciver not avaible we will resend it and shipping charges may apply end your end.
